Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Since we operate on cash on delivery, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or an alternative arrangement communicated to you.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened or used pens cannot be returned.
